On this course you will learn how to establish a forest garden - a growing form inspired by how natural ecosystems work with the goal of producing a wide variety of fruits, bear, nuts and leafy vegetables while in storage of carbon dioxide and creating scope for increased biodiversity.
For two days, theory and practice of forestry horticulture art on a private property next to the sea near Bokenäs (outside Uddevalla). During the course, we will also visit a more than 15 year old forest garden at Orust.
times: The course starts on Saturday 21 september 2019 at 10.00 and we finish the afternoon Sunday 22 september (see the detailed scheme below).

Course fee: 2500 kr (inkl moms). Vegan, gluten-free food included (coffee, lunch and dinner on Saturday, refreshments and lunch on Sunday).
Accommodation: You can camp for free in the yard (only outhouses, not shower). The nearest accommodation is near Farm Örtorps. Even private accommodation available, including the cottage Vascular Ingesund.
To bring: Clothes for all weather, we will be outdoors much of the weekend. Gladly own grip / shovel.
