Annevi Sjöberg, one of the authors of the award-winning book Skogsträdgården – growing edible everywhere , tells about how to easily co-grow vegetables, bear, shrubs and trees and thus get a more abundant harvest and also an increased biodiversity. Forest gardens are a crop- and garden mold which is inspired by nature and forest trees grow a great variety of edible fruit trees in the form of, nut trees, berry bushes, climbing plants and herbaceous perennials while storing carbon dioxide and create habitats for bumblebees, bees and other wild friends.
