April and May are the most labor intensive months for us here in Putt Myra woodland garden and associated nursery. Therefore, we are seeking two volunteers for the period 24 April 5 May 2017. The main tasks during that period needs to be implemented is:
- Retraining of nursery, both trees, shrubs and herbs
- Förkultivering
- Mulching of new cultivation beds in forest garden
- Planting of trees, shrubs and herbs
- Building sales table
- Develop drip irrigation system
Working hours are noon 9-15 Monday to Friday. We provide accommodation, lunch and refreshments. Volunteers fix your own breakfast and dinner.
We expect many interested in these two volunteer places and will give priority to those who educate themselves in the garden, has previous experience of forest gardening and welcomes applicants with own forest garden projects.
