2019 is a bankrupted we really look forward! We start the season with a one-day course in growing and cooking with perennial vegetables. The course will be led by Annevi Sjoberg and held on 19 May the critically acclaimed Solgårdskrogen in Nittsjö outside Rättvik.
The 25-26 May we will hold the course here in the home of Stjärnsund. In this course we will combine theoretical sessions with very practical elements – during the two days of the course, we will develop a private woodland garden with more edible perennials. OBS! There are only 4 places left on this course!
Course year continues with a 2,5-day course the 9-11 August magically beautifully situatedÅfallet Forest Garden Orebro, about an hour south of Örebro. Here we will construct an entirely new edible forest edge between the existing forest garden and a large nötodling that the owners are constructing.
Later in August we return to Solgård tavern outside Rättvik to build a timber garden also there for two course days (31 August – 1 september).
We finish the course year on the west coast with a 2-day course on 21-22 september, steps from Lysekil Bohuslan. More information about the course coming soon!
